What is wrong with me?!?!?!
Well the last few months have been quite eventful. Last month I went to the hospital twice and ended up having to endoscopies a week apart due to scar tissue. Well now this month I'm able to eat and able to drink but just out of the blue I'll get nauseous and start gagging and basically slobbing everywhere. It comes and goes throughout the day so I'm not quite certain what triggers it. Most of my friends that have had surgery have never heard of an endoscopy and all of them swear that I should seek a second opinion. I just always feel like there is something wrong with me and that I'm never going to be back at 100%. Due to me not being able to eat for like 2 weeks I've lost a lot of muscle and have a hard time picking up my daughter. I also dropped some mail the other day and squatted to pick it up and was stuck and almost couldn't stand back up. With increased activity I also get shortness of breath. I'm just a ball of emotions right now cause everytime someone ask me how I'm doing I want to cry cause my response is never an upbeat pleasant one.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated or if anyone has gone through this before I would love to hear your stories.

Loving my new life and all the wonderful things that go with it, on to my next journey! 99 pounds down and about 10 more to go but it has been a heck of a ride...

I know it's hard but keep doing what's best for you and as time goes on it will get better.
Take care of yourself. I'm really sorry your having such a bad time. I don't really have any advice except to make sure you stay on top of your doctor and make sure that they don't slack on you.

Sorry that you are having a difficult time, Please start keeping a log of everything you eat...if you are not already. It seems that you are able to keep somethings down. For now...you might have to stick with those things and slowly introduce new foods in. Sometimes...certain foods...for example dairy products might not sit right in you tummy. Believe me...I have heard some horror stories about problems that people have had at the beginning...in more cases than not...they do get resolved. So stay hopeful and keep checking in with your doctor. There is nothing wrong with getting a second opinion if you get totally frustrated with your current doctors effort.
I am so sorry you are dealing with this. I know you are scared and worried. I am praying for you. I must tell you to not sit on this. See a Doctor ASAP and please don't believe (not that you are) that it is all WLS related. Please, please, please see a VERY good physician and have him/her run a battery of tests to rule out (and I am not speaking ANY of this over you) MS, lupus, diabetes, stroke..and so on. Have your hormone levels checked. Ask for an MRI or CT scan to rule out any issues with your brain, heart or stomach. You have some very serious symptoms. You need to address them NOW!
